Self-Defense Class

Join us for a low-impact class on self-defense. This will not be a strenuous activity.
The class will begin at 3:15 but I think it would be a good idea to gather at 3:00 to make sure we are present and accounted for by the start of class.
The dress code should be gym-style clothes. So, shorts or yoga pants and a t-shirt with athletic shoes will be just fine. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WEAR A KITTY SHIRT TO THIS EVENT.
There were 13 Kitties who indicated they could go on this date. If that holds up, then we have surpassed the 10 person minimum to get the group pricing of $10.00 per person.
