Overnighter – Harrison, AR

Departure time: 7:30 am with kickstands up at 8:00 am

Departure location: The QuikTrip in Derby on Rock Rd. 2801 N. Rock Rd. This is NOT the QuikTrip we normally meet at in Derby, so please make sure you go to the right one.

Lead Riders: Donna Crays and Kari Miller.

Sweep Riders: Cindy McGuire and Tina Callender

Dinner: A restaurant will be selected for Friday and Saturday nights. When that’s been done, I’ll update this Event.

Hotel: Super 8 by Wyndham – 1330 N. Highway 62/65. There is an outdoor pool, so pack a bathing suit!

Activities: Ride of course! The advantage of Arkansas is everywhere you go is a beautiful ride. Following is a list of options. I’m also including a website link to a brochure which gives you the routes, the time it takes to do the ride, gas options and other helpful information for each of the rides. What you will need to do is sometime before we leave for the trip, review this list and have an idea of what you would like to do. At dinner on the Friday night we are in Harrison, we will group people together who are interested in the same destination, with the understanding that if no one else is interested in what you want to do, you will need to join a different group. PLEASE take the time to look at the website in advance!

For those who may decide that it’s too hot or you’re not up to riding on Saturday, there are some cute boutiques in Harrison that you could visit, or you can hang out by the pool.

I know you’ve already indicated to Kathryn if you’re going on the Overnighter for hotel purposes. You will still need to click Going on the Facebook Event so we have an accurate headcount for restaurants, etc. The sooner the better!
