KKMC Family Picnic

Please join us for the first KKMC Family Picnic! All members of your family are invited!

Location: OJ Watson Park – 3022 S. McLean Blvd., Wichita

We have reserved Shelter #5 for our picnic spot. This is close to the activities that Watson Park has to offer, such as miniature golf, a train ride, paddle boats, kayaks, pony rides and playground. There is a fee of $4.00 per ticket to participate in all the activities except the playground. You can purchase coupon books that provide tickets at a discount. Credit cards are accepted.

KKMC is providing all the food, so you don’t have to bring anything but your family! We are going to try to do this at no cost to you, but we do have a budget. Depending on the number of people who attend, we may have to charge a small fee. Pat Sherry and Maureen Chilcott will be working with the caterer and will post on this event if there is a fee, how much it will be and collect it from you.

IMPORTANT! We have a very hard deadline for RSVPing of June 15th. Pat and Maureen have to have a firm headcount by then to work with the caterer. Please indicate if you are Going or Not Going by that date. No Maybes on this event please! Pictures will be posted on the Facebook page so you will not miss them by saying Not Going on this Event if you can’t go. If you click Maybe, I will contact you to ask you to change your status, so if you are unsure right now, wait until you are sure to RSVP. We will not be able to accept RSVPs past June 15th so please, pretty please, RSVP on time.

IMPORTANT! When you RSVP, please indicate in the comment section the number of people you will be bringing. We do not need to have a distinction between adults and children unless the child is a baby and will not be eating. Essentially, anyone who will be eating needs to be included in your number.

IMPORTANT! Because we will be paying on a per person basis for the food, please do everything you can to attend, with the number of people you indicate you are bringing, if you sign up. We do not want to pay for people who don’t show up.

Because I’m setting up the Event, Facebook assumes I am going; however, I will be out of the country the month of June so regrettably, I will have to miss this. Pat and Maureen will be in charge of any questions you may have.

This should be a very fun event and a wonderful opportunity to meet our Kitty Sisters’ families! Enjoy!
