Kitty Konference and Annual Safety Meeting

Kitty Konference

The Kitty Konference is KKMC’s annual meeting, typically held in February. During this important gathering:

  •  A review of the previous season is presented, and any issues or challenges are discussed.
  •  Key topics, including plans for the season’s overnight trip, charity events, and Task Kitty volunteers are selected.
  •  Members have the opportunity to propose and discuss matters affecting the Club’s upcoming season.

While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged to ensure every Kitty’s voice is heard and to help shape the season ahead.

Annual Safety Meeting

The Annual Safety Meeting takes place during April’s Meow Mixer and focuses on ensuring a safe and enjoyable riding season. The meeting includes:

  •  A review of safety concerns or issues from the prior year.
  •  A refresher on hand signals and essential riding safety tips.

Led by the Safety Kitty, this meeting reinforces KKMC’s commitment to its motto: Safety First, Fun Second! Attendance is not mandatory, but all members are strongly encouraged to participate to ensure safety remains a top priority.
